Few steps to include Fitness in your Lifestyle:

  1. Start your day early. Wake up early and go for a walk. Studies suggest how you start your day determines how your rest of the day will be.
  2. Skip the morning tea with sugar and opt for lemon water to kick start your metabolism.
  3. Spend some time alone and meditate. It will help you in managing stress and staying calm.
  4. Have a healthy breakfast. It should be healthy, home cooked and non sugary.
  5. Drink lots of water to flush toxins from your body easily.
  6. Eat frequent meals.
  7. Give up habits like smoking and drinking.
  8. During office hours, take short breaks, do spot jogging and stretch every once in a while.
  9. Carry home cooked meals. This will help you keep track of what you eat.
  10. Don't eat while watching TV. This will lead to over eating otherwise.
  11. Indulge in some physical activity everyday that you enjoy.
  12. Find a partner with the same fitness goals as you and do workouts with them.
