  • Netbanking - For 44 banks this facility is available on Quick Pay. You may register for Auto debit (SI) on your bank account while paying through HDFC and ICICI Netbanking account for future premium payment. Click here for list of Banks available.

  • Credit cards Payment through Visa, mastercard, Amex, maestro and Diners cards is accepted on Quick Pay. You may register for Auto debit (SI) on card while paying through Visa or mastercard for future premium payment

  • Debit cards - Payment through Visa, mastercard, maestro, Rupay, Diners cards is accepted on Quick Pay. You may register for Auto debit (SI) on HDFC bank account while paying through HDFC Debit card for future premium payment

  • EMI on credit card, EMI on HDFC debit card, UPI, PayTM and Payzapp wallet options are also available.

  • Kindly verify the Policy Type (Unit Linked/Conventional) before paying the premium. To know your policy type, please refer to your policy document.

  • You can pay premiums for “In Force” (active) policies only, before the premium due date.

You can submit Cheque /DD to branch personel or in dropbox or can send it through post or courier for renewal premium payment before grace end. Cheques/Demand Drafts must be drawn in favour of HDFC Life Policy No. XXXXXXXX. Please mention your name, contact number and email ID on the reverse side of the cheque/DD to help us contact you if required

  • Submit the Declaration of Relationship for Third Party Payment in case the premium is paid by a person other than the Policy Owner (Third party relations). Acceptable third party relationships include grandparents, parents, siblings, spouse and children.   • For premium payment equal to and above INR 1,00,000 a copy of the identity and residence proof of the Third Party payer needs to be submitted.

  • Cheque or demand draft payments are accepted between 9.30 AM to 3.30 PM from Monday- Friday and between 9.30 AM to 1.00 PM on Saturday. Branches are closed on Sundays, national holidays and region- specific holidays.

  • As per RBI guidelines, non- MICR cheques may not be acceptable at a few locations.

2. Credit/Debit Card (POS device)
You can pay renewal premium using card (Visa,Mastercard, Rupay ,Maestro) at any of our branch through mswipe device,

  • For premium payment above INR 1,00,000, a copy of the identity and residence proof of the payer needs to be submitted.

  • Renewal premium payments are accepted for "In-force, Lapsed, Discontinued, Paid-up" policies only.

  • EMI option is available for Axis Bank and ICICI Bank credit card through Mswipe.

  • Master/Visa/Maestro/American Express/RuPay Credit/Debit cards* are accepted by us.

3. PayTM QR code
Customer can scan PayTM QR code available at HDFC Life Branches and pay renewal premium for "In-force, Lapsed, Discontinued, Paid-up" policies using netbanking, Cards, UPI, wallet.
