Tips to Prevent Heart Disease

In the recent times, heart diseases have emerged as one of the biggest threats to human health and wellness. There are many reasons for this trend - unhealthy lifestyle choices, chronic stress, lack of physical exercise, obesity, pollution etc. Needless to say that there is a parallel increase in the medical bills and doctor-visits as growing number of people make beelines in heart care institutes and hospitals.
