Physical Medical Appointment Process
#IF Your application is eligible for VMER, then post-VMER, you will receive an update regarding the physical medical process.
#For NRI plans, both VMER and physical medicals are required.
Important :
• Ensure your availability on the confirmed date to avoid delays in processing.
• If you face any issues scheduling the medical, please call our toll-free number at 1800-266-0315 (available from 10 AM to 7 PM, all days) with your policy registered mobile number only.
• Alternatively, you can email us at onlinefr@hdfclife.com for assistance in scheduling the medical.
• If you miss the appointment, the medical team will contact you to reschedule
