Select Date of Birth
In 'Ref. from' box, select 'SMS/Email Comm.'
Click on 'Search' button
Click on the policy
Click on Modify Personal Details

*According to the Proposal Form and Age Proof provided at the time of availing the proposal, the proposal is converted and date of birth is updated in our records.
