We have a strong network of Financial Consultants - also known as insurance agents - who market our insurance products and plans. They work out of home or the office and are instrumental in helping customers take the first step in insuring themselves and their families.


Through the Bancassurance channel, we distribute retail and individual insurance solutions and products through tie-ups with banks, NBFCs, MFIs and SFBs. Other HDFC Group companies like HSL, HDFC, and HDFC are part of this channel as well. Over the years, we have grown and evolved developing relationships with key banks like RBL Bank, Saraswat Co-operative Bank, IDFC First Bank among others.

Branch Customer Service & Sales (BCSS) caters to customer walk-ins at HDFC Life branches.


Direct Service Channel (DSC) taps into existing customers and by effectively resolving customer queries upsells to them.

Business Development

As a team member, you will forge partnerships and business alliances with financial institutions such as banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), small finance banks (SFBs), and micro-finance institutions (MFIs).


Acquire new partners across the spectrum of Banks, NBFCs, MFIs as well as prospective partners.
