Please find the process detailed below:
- Download and fill the claim form to initiate a death claim and submit the same - claim form
- Submit the attested death certificate issued by local government, Police or hospital
- Submit the Identity & residence proof of Nominee or Beneficiary
- Submit a copy of bank pass book/cancelled cheque leaf of the nominee for the NEFT purpose
