Jigyasa was institutionalised in HDFC Life with an intent of recruiting high potential campus recruits and moulding them to our vision, values and culture to create a young and home grown mid managerial talent pipeline.

This traineeship is directed to enable one in becoming a successful team player and an able leader in future.
